This picture explains itself...I am tired, I cried the whole way home from visiting Cynthia...I know she isn't going to be with us much longer and I am having a hard night. I totally forgot to use the flash even.

Ok...this is Monday. Clinic day. Busy day. My mind was in other places. I have been so worried about my dear friend, Cynthia. She is hurting and the cancer has become more aggresive. This picture is of Amy and I visiting our dear friend after our shift was done.

it was a clinic day...i was busy, but needed to get my own blood drawn. minus my doubel chin and blemish on my face...this is dr. neuman drawing my h pylori lab for my upcoming doctor's appointment. he did a fantastic job...never felt a thing! NOTE: my desk is on the left, neuman's is on the right. i am not the owner of the obama sign! ;)

Day 18 of 365!

so i worked today. then came home, got a pizza with kim, watched the tv and had a glass of wine...good times! few added perks of the night: got pulled over by friend sheriff tracey, went to pizza hut for pizza but it was closed, and my butt/back still hurts from falling on the ice.

ok....so i just realized that i didn't take a picture on the 14th. oops.
so today, i have been incredibly lazy...and my picture proves it...i have done nothing to make myself even look human.

so today was a lazy day. i slept in...went to meijer...and then was supposed to go to the gym. but before that i wanted to grab the mail, and i fell on the ice in the drive way. first time i have ever fallen on the ice. ouch, that really hurts! i didn't make it to the gym. heck, it hurts to walk. still had some fun though, small gang of girls came over...we had dinner, played some games (apples to apples and i love the 80's) and then soaked in the hot tub for a bit. the pic is us in the tub, minus bridget. bridget, you will make your debut in the blog soon enough, i promise!

so today was a super long day. no work. uncle tom's funeral, lunch, and to cocktails to hang out with shane's family. we then went to byron center for shane's friend, kurt, 50th birthday party. long tired day. the picture below says it all, when we arrived home, it was seconds before i was in sleepy land!

so today was a clinic day and then i went home and walked all 3 dogs, showered and was just plain ole' tired! so here is a pic of me after showering and ready for bed!

so today was a super sad day. i got up, went to the gym. then to work...left work early to go with shane up to the hospital to be with his family, as his uncle tom passed away. very sad day. the picture is of me with an onion ring tower at red robin, we went to eat for dinner!

so today was a quick day...it just flew by. i got up and went to the gym, then work, then up to the hospital to see shane's uncle tom. then back up to rockford to let feed and let out the 3 dogs and then i passed out. the picture is of me and ollie...the ugliest dog!

Day 10 of 365!

so today is sunday, i got up and went to church...then picked up the boys from sunday school and we went to wendy's, while shane was at another church with his family. when shane got back we hung out a bit and then headed to the hospital to see uncle tom and the family. the picture is me relaxing with the dogs, watching tv, when I got back from the hospital. i passed out for the night, not long after!

so today, i ran 27 mins of 3 min intervals! go me!
then i came to rockford, dave and karen's place! i am house/dog sitting here for the next two weeks! :) so i spent most of my day relaxing with a visit up to the hospital to see shane's family and now i am chilling with the 3 dogs. in the picture is quigley and me!

Day 8 of 365

today was a weird day, i went to work, left early to go find shane...to tell him his uncle was in the hospital. please pray for him!
but in the chaos of things...i got to see my beautiful niece, Hayley, for a bit...she was at my mom's when i swung by there! so...check her out in the picture!

Day 7 of 365!

so today, i got up and ran at the gym. my legs felt heavy and sore. ugg.
then at work, i went to medical records and spent my entire day going through charts to purge the old patient charts out. this was more work than i thought. when our clinic first opened we didn't have normal chart so we didn't mark on the outside of the chart to know when the patient's last visit was. so i went through each chart and in the picture below you will see the boxes of charts going out! which are the patients that haven't been back since 2008! So when Freida, the wonderful med records gal, in the picture, says she is up to her head in charts....i know what she means! wow! that was a ton of work.

Day 6 of 365!

so it's a wednesday, and there is nothing like a wednesday morning clinic arrival to have dr. neuman greet me in the morning with the question...do you have clinic today? see we do have clinic 2 days a week...monday and wednesday. dr. neuman doesn't work on monday's. so he thinks that neuro ophthalmology doesn't have clinic to often! so one of his two questions asked tuesday-friday is.......drum roll, please! do you have clinic today? and on wednesday my answer is YES!!!!!!!!!

Day 5 of 365!

so today seemed short, but i think i am just trying to get used to going to bed earlier and getting up earlier. i guess it was a short of typical day...work, pot roast dinner made by shane, cookies make by shane and kids...then we watched g-force! the picture today is tristan and i just before we pushed play on the movie....

so today is a monday and believe it or not this picture is to prove one thing and one thing only....i was up at 6am and heading where? to the gym....go me!

Day 3 of 365!!!!!!!!!!!

so it's a sunday. i relaxed. slept in until noon. oops, skipped church! went grocery shopping and stopped by aunt fran's for a tupperware order. then shane and i made some homeade oven fries and wings and watched tv! the picture is of us playing phase 10. this is when we gave up on the 150 channels that had nothing on! ha ha.

Day 2 of 365!

today i had a great saturday. i finally got to sleep in! then i went to the gym and ran my first training thing for the 10k in may. it wasn't too bad. shane and the boys met up with me after and we went to jurgen and becky luders house for a nice relaxing dinner and the kids all played. after dropping off the boys, shane, my love of my life, bought me cold stone ice cream! first time in forever and first time of 2010!!!!!!!!!! yum yum.

Day 1 of 365!

hey everyone...i started this blog for a new years resolution. i plan to take a picture of myself, once a day! post it on here and actually print it and eventually create a scrapbook called 365 days of me.
So this is the first picture, taken obviously on 1-1-2010. It is at Shane's house, with Shane's friend, Ben. Well, I guess he is my friend too! :) He was over to hang out for a bit...so I told him he is the lucky winner of being in the first picture! I am not to good-looking, due to a NYE party last night and coming home to enjoy what was left of my holiday off with Shane, by putting on sweats and eating McDonalds! Ha!
